Q: Are the building prices listed somewhere on your website?
A: Building code requirements that change from region to region and even within the same state, as well as requirements that may be unique to the customer make it impractical to post prices on the website at this time.
Q: Do I need to do anything to get ready for delivery?
A: Yes, you will have to supply the foundation blocks (concrete blocks) to set the building on. Your delivery driver will inform you in advance of the quantity needed for you style building. Just have them on location when the building arrives.
Q: How long will it take to receive delivery on my building?
A: Generally, a building purchased from a dealer (in stock on the dealer’s lot) will take 7-10 business days to deliver. If the building purchased has to be manufactured it will be 14-21 business days. Weather conditions and the demand of the season can alter delivery times.
Q: How much does delivery cost?
A: There are no hidden charges, we offer Free Delivery, (up to 50 miles) Free Setup & Leveling, we also Anchor the building for Free if you are located in the required zone.
Q: Is there a warranty on your buildings?
A: Graceland offers the strongest warranties in the business. All shingle and metal roof products has a 25 year manufacture’s warranty . All treated wood products have a limited lifetime manufacture’s warranty, and Graceland offers a 7 year warranty on workmanship.
Q: Is there maintenance required on my building?
A: We use treated materials, but with any wood products routine maintenance is suggested to extend the life of your wooden structure. Our wood products are backed with a Manufacture’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
